When you can get your money back for an Irish IPTV plan: the 14-day cancellation right, faults on our side and how refunds are paid.

Last updated

This page explains when and how you can get your money back for an Irish IPTV plan. It sits alongside our terms and conditions. Where the two say different things, the terms apply, and nothing here takes away the rights you have as a consumer under Irish, UK or EU law.

1. Try before you commit

If you are unsure whether the service will run well on your broadband or your TV, message us on WhatsApp before you pay. Tell us the device and the app you plan to use and we will tell you honestly whether it should work. That is cheaper and quicker for everyone than a refund.

2. Your 14-day cancellation right

Plans are sold at a distance, over WhatsApp, so if you live in Ireland, the UK or elsewhere in the EU you normally have 14 days from the day your login details arrive to change your mind.

  • Because you ask us to switch the service on straight away, we refund the price you paid minus a fair share for the days you already had access.
  • Example: on a 1-month plan at £15 cancelled after 3 days, roughly a tenth of the price is kept and the rest comes back to you.
  • To cancel, send a WhatsApp message to +44 7576 966392 saying you want to cancel and a refund. No form is needed.

3. When the service is not working

If channels will not load, the picture keeps freezing or your login stops working, tell us first. Most problems come down to the app, the device or the home network and can be fixed in a few minutes. Our setup guide and the post on fixing buffering cover the usual causes.

If we cannot get the service working for you within a reasonable time and the fault is on our side, we will offer a refund for the unused part of your plan, even after the 14 days.

4. When we do not refund

  • After the 14-day window, if the service works as described and you simply no longer want it.
  • If the login was shared publicly, resold or used against our fair-use rules.
  • For problems caused only by your own device, broadband or a third-party app, though we will still help you look for the cause.

5. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back by the same method you used to pay, normally within 14 days of us agreeing the refund. Prices are in pounds sterling (£). If you paid in euro or another currency, your bank converts the refund at its own rate, so the amount you see may differ slightly from what you paid.

6. Plans do not renew

Every plan is a single payment for a fixed period. Nothing renews by itself and there is no direct debit, so there is never a surprise charge to claim back. When your plan ends, access simply stops.

7. Questions

Message us on WhatsApp at +44 7576 966392 with your order details and we will reply as quickly as we can.
