This policy explains what personal data Irish IPTV collects when you visit this website, message us on WhatsApp and order a plan, why we use it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We have written it to be read, not just to exist.
Who is responsible for your data
The business below is the controller of your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, for customers in the UK, the UK GDPR.

What we collect, and why
| Data | When | Why | Legal basis |

| Payment confirmation and the amount paid | When you pay | To confirm payment and keep accounting records | Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) |
| Your login details and basic technical data about their use | While your plan runs | To run the service, keep it secure and help with problems | Performing the contract, and our legitimate interest in preventing misuse (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)) |
| Server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) | When you visit the website | To deliver the pages and keep the site secure | Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
We do not ask for more than we need. We never ask for your date of birth or your home address to sell you a plan, and you never need to create an account on this website.
We use WhatsApp for orders and support. WhatsApp is run by a separate company, which processes your messages under its own terms and privacy policy. Messages are end-to-end encrypted between you and us. Please do not send us card numbers, bank passwords or other sensitive details in a message; we will never ask for them.
Payments
When you pay, the payment is handled by the payment provider named in the payment details we send you. That provider processes your payment data under its own privacy policy. We only receive what we need to match the payment to your order, such as the amount, the date and a reference.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics or social media plugins. It loads no fonts, scripts or images from other companies. WordPress may set technical cookies only for logged-in site administrators. If we ever add analytics, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
How long we keep your data
- WhatsApp conversations: while your plan runs and for up to 12 months after it ends, so we can help with a renewal or a question about a past order.
- Order and payment records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically six years.
- Server logs: a few weeks, unless we need them longer to investigate a security problem.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data and do not share it for marketing. Data is only shared with the service providers we need to run the business (messaging, payments, hosting and accounting), with authorities where the law requires it, and with professional advisers under a duty of confidentiality.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area and the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by an adequacy decision or by standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the UK GDPR you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- have incorrect data corrected;
- have your data deleted, unless we must keep it by law;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- receive data you gave us in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
To use any of these rights, message us on WhatsApp at +44 7576 966392 or use the email address above, if shown. We answer within one month.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Ireland this is the Data Protection Commission; in the UK it is the Information Commissioner’s Office. We would appreciate the chance to sort out any concern first.
Children
Our plans are sold to adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and the date at the top. For significant changes we will also tell current customers on WhatsApp.
